2 T coconut oil
1 1/2 steel oats (Gluten free)
Toast in large pot
2 1/2 cups of milk
2 cups of water
pinch of salt
Add to pot and bring to a boil. Stir.
Turn heat to low and cook 20-30 min. Stirring occasionally.
After it comes to the consistency of your liking you can add in toppings:
Apple Sauce
Pear Sauce
Diced Fruit
Spices
Nuts
Dried Fruit
Shredded Coconut
