21 Day Sugar Detox Week 3 and Total Results

Week 3 brought different challenges. I worked on the road with my husband for 2 nights and the last day and a half we were traveling to my parents. All of this meant even more pre than normal and being prepared. I wasnt always prepared therefore hot dogs and shakes were seen alot this week. To be very clear all my pork produces were uncured nitrate free (from Whole Foods, Earthfare or Trader Joes). Even though my numbers were not impressive this week ... I think they still were for the 3 weeks total. I'm most excited about 3 inches off my waist ... weight is important but I would honestly focus more on inches.

21 Day Sugar Detox Week 2

Week 2 started off with a bang ... I finally started shrinking my appetite. My sweet friend Stephanie brought me a treat from green-apple-and-coconut-treats. They were delicious and will be a go to treat in the future. I also found a new favorite kombucha flavor with lower sugar : Synergy Trilogy, so good lemon, raspberry and ginger with alittle fizzle! A great trick that has been around forever but I use daily ... use smaller plates.
