Preheat oven to 350 and grease muffin liners with coconut oil 2 1/2 c Almond Flour/Meal 1/4 c ground flax seed 1/4 t Salt 1/2 t Baking Soda 2 t pumpkin spice1/4 c. Applesauce 1/2 a green tipped banana2 T Coconut Oil 1 t Vanilla
3 Eggs - Place all ingredients in food processor and blend - Then add in some unsweetened coconut flakes/shredded - Pulse acouple more times Bake for 20 minutes
