21 Day Sugar Detox Week 2

Week 2 started off with a bang ... I finally started shrinking my appetite. My sweet friend Stephanie brought me a treat from green-apple-and-coconut-treats. They were delicious and will be a go to treat in the future. I also found a new favorite kombucha flavor with lower sugar : Synergy Trilogy, so good lemon, raspberry and ginger with alittle fizzle! A great trick that has been around forever but I use daily ... use smaller plates.
