Salmon and Shrimp Cakes

2 cans salmon (Wild Alaskan Trader Joes boneless skinless)
2 cans pink mini shrimp (Trader Joes)
5 eggs
4 T coconut flour
salt pepper
1 small onion, minced
2 ribs of celery, minced
2 T pinnapple sage
Dash of Love (Michael told me to put that in... what a sweetie!)

Mix all the above together and make into small patties and pan fry with oil of choice (coconut oil is what I prefer)

We served them over a bed of mixed greens, tomatoes and black olives ... drizzled balsamic = YUM
