Day One 

Breakfast : Watermelon and Water

Lunch : Romaine topped with Curry Chicken Salad and Leftover Braised Cabbage and Carrots 

Lemon, Ginger and Mint Water  

Dinner : Leftover Skirt Steak on Romaine and Fresh Green Beans from the Signal Mt Farm
